The biggest problem I see on the front lines with you is this constant onslaught of intentions (for some) ignorance of the fact that we by and large CHOOSE our independent status. We understand the risk and reward and as adults choose independence. And those who want to be employees have every right and many opportunities to do so and we wish them well. Further, there are mechanisms in place for the truly misclassified. The collusion against the free and independent workforce is rampant and we must defeat it.
